1: Arrival in Vancouver
Arrive independently at your centrally located hotel. After a check
in with your tour director, the remainder of the day is free. Stay
2 nights in Vancouver.

2: Vancouver
We start the day with a breakfast before exploring Vancouver on
a morning city tour. Highlights include Stanley Park, English Bay,
Gastown, Chinatown and much more. The remainder of the day is free
for individual exploration.
Day
3: Vancouver to Vernon
Today we travel east to the Okanagan Valley famous for its orchards
and vineyards. We will make a picture stop at Kalamalka Lake on
route to Vernon. Overnight in Vernon.

4: Vernon to Banff National Park
As we continue east, the Okanagan Valley provides the scenic back
drop for our morning travels. The afternoon brings us to the majestic
Canadian Rocky Mountains. Stay 2 nights in Banff.

5: Banff National Park
This morning we enjoy a comprehensive tour of the Banff region.
You’ll be free to explore Banff in the afternoon.
Day 6: Banff National Park to Jasper National
Park
The journey today promises to be a highlight in our Rocky Roundup
programme. After leaving Banff we visit Lake Luise before we travel
north on the Icefields Parkway and experience a wealth of breathtaking
scenery. Before reaching Jasper, we stop for an exciting ’SnoCoach‘
ride on the Columbia Icefield. Overnight in Jasper.

7: Jasper to Prince George
Today we start our westward journey passing Mount Robson, the highest
peak in the Rockies, and following the Fraser River to the tip of
BC’s Cariboo Region and the town of Prince George. Overnight
in Prince George.

8: Prince George to Smithers
Continuing west, travel through some of Canada’s most forested
and rugged terrain. En route we stop at the fur trading post of
Fort St. James before travelling onwards to Smithers, a characteristic
frontier town. Overnight in Smithers.

9: Smithers to Prince Rupert
We follow the beautiful Skeena River Valley to Prince Rupert, The
remainder of our day is at leisure. Overnight in Prince Rupert.
Day
10: Cruise from Prince Rupert to Port Hardy
This morning we join our ship for a spectacular full-day cruise
south to Vancouver Island through the famous ‘Inside Passage’.
Overnight in Port Hardy.
Day
11: Port Hardy to Victoria
Travel south to Victoria. En route we pass through lively but unhurried
little towns and villages, most of which serve as local centres
for nearby logging and fishing activities. Overnight in Victoria.

Passengers leave the tour upon arrival in Victoria, at approximately
17:00

12: Victoria
This morning we enjoy a tour of charming Victoria, British Columbia’s
provincial capital. Proud of her maritime heritage, Victoria to
this day retains a truly quaint, colonial demeanour. The afternoon
is free for discovering the city. Overnight in Victoria. |
