a Car and their sister company National Rent a Car, together
they form one of the largest car rental companies in North
America which features fine General Motors’ cars like
the GM Geo Metro, Chevy Cavalier and other cars shown on this
page. |

and Calgary are amongst the 36 locations served by Alamo in
Canada. Details of other locations as well as the many National
Rent a Car depots are available on request from our reservations
department. Prices and main conditions applicable to both
companies are similar except for One-Way drop-offs where different
charges apply. |

Both plans include Unlimited Mileage, CDW, $1million Liability
Cover, GST, PST and Airport Fees, with the Gold and Enhanced
Upgrade prices also including up to three (25 years or over)
additional drivers and the first tank of petrol free! |

| General
Terms and Conditions |
1. All Rentals: All rentals are based on a
24-hour system – thus a car hired for 24 hours on Monday
at noon must be back on Tuesday at noon.There is an additional
charge payable locally for late returns and this extra charge
is calculated by the hour as a
proportion of the full day. |

| 2. Reservations: Cars are reserved
by category and not by specific make, model or engine size.
Similar or larger cars may be substituted.The minimum rental
charge is for 1 day and extra days over multiples of 1 week
will be charged at a daily rate. No rental can exceed 30 days. |

3. Driver Requirements: The minimum
age for all drivers is 21. Drivers between 21 and 24 (inclusive)
will be surcharged CAD$25.00 per day, payable at the time of
rental. Additional drivers will be surcharged at CAD$10 per
day, payable at the time of rental. All drivers must be in possession
of a valid driving licence
from the country of origin and a valid credit card. International
Driving Permits are not acceptable. |

| 4. Deposit: A major credit card
will be debited for any incidental charges at the time of rental.Visa,
MasterCard and American Express are the only credit cards accepted
by Alamo. Cash not accepted. |

| 5.Third Party Liability: Third
Party Liability Insurance offers cover of CAD$1,000,000 under
our Inclusive and Gold rental plans. |
|
| 6. Driving Areas: Cars can be
driven from any Province of Canada to any State in the USA,
but must be returned to the location from which they were rented.
Driving on unpaved roads will void CDW coverage. Other restrictions
may apply. |

| 7.Taxes/Fees/Surcharges: Unless
otherwise stated, rates do not include any Airport or Government
imposed or authorised taxes, surcharges and fees which may be
applied locally.Taxes and any other fees are subject to change
without notice. |

| 8. Seat Belts/Child Restraints:
It is compulsory for seat belts to be worn in both front and
rear seats. |
|
| 9. Baby Seat Rental: Alamo offers
child safety seats at CAD$6.99 per day payable at time of rental
(plus an CAD$50 deposit). Seats should be requested at the time
of reservation. |

| 10. Partially Used Rentals: No
refund will be made on the unused portion of the voucher. |

Prices may change according to the one way route you choose, although there will not be a one way drop off charge applied locally.
All one way rentals must be booked in advance and are subject
to availability or change. Other one way rentals are on request and are payable at time of rental. No one way rentals permitted
on economy cars. |
